About Us

ARF Imperium is a marine resin specialist headquartered in Hull, England, with origins in the resin flooring trade dating back to 1997. ARF Imperium itself was established in November 2024 — a new name built on the same people, the same values and the same hands-on experience the business was founded on.

We are not a flooring contractor who happens to work in marine; we are a marine business, built around the specific demands of operating in cruise, superyacht, river cruise, newbuild and refit environments.

Our teams deliver projects across marine and land-based environments, supporting cruise ships, superyachts, shipyards and industrial facilities worldwide. UK-based core teams regularly deploy internationally, bringing decades of combined hands-on experience across drydock, in-service and newbuild programmes to some of the most complex and high-profile installations in the sector.

We are a hardworking, family-led organisation, still led today by the people who built it. 

Our strength is practical knowledge developed on site, long-term involvement in demanding operational environments, and a genuine commitment to a trade we know and value — not simply supplying resin systems, but understanding the environment, the constraints, the weight implications and the sequencing demands that surround every project.

The company is led by Kane Berry, Shayne Berry , Lee Berry and Antoine Dons.

We work across all major resin flooring systems and manufacturers, allowing true specification flexibility. For full turnkey solutions we maintain strategic partnerships with leading IMO-approved resin producers, including Herculan High Performance Flooring, while also supporting installation-only projects using client-preferred materials.
