ARF Imperium designs and delivers prefabricated resin components to support accurate, efficient installation across marine environments — stair treads, nosings, skirtings, bench tops, scupper gratings, jacuzzi surrounds, coaming tops, and fully bespoke items. Geometry, size and complexity aren’t limiting factors; every component is engineered to suit the project’s specific requirements and interfaces.
Manufacturing off-site in a controlled workshop environment gives us far greater precision, consistency and predictability than building fully in-situ. Prefabricated elements are designed to integrate seamlessly with poured resin flooring and decking systems onboard, reducing installation time, minimising disruption to parallel trades, and improving overall programme efficiency during dry dock and refit periods.
Design, Digital Templating & Manufacturing
Every project starts with a precise brief. We visit your site to template the space, or work with you through CAD to visualise and refine the final product before anything is approved.
Our in-house CNC machine produces precise moulds, which our expert team then casts in polyurethane resin, drawing on over a century of combined experience. After demoulding, every item is meticulously finished and sanded to an exacting standard, then carefully packaged and shipped ready for installation.
Unlike traditional teak, polyurethane offers superior resistance to weathering, moisture and wear, holding its look and performance over time without the constant upkeep teak demands. If damage does occur it can be repaired in place, preserving a consistent finish and extending the component’s service life.

Case in point — Liberty of the Seas: bespoke prefabricated resin components produced in-house and installed throughout the solarium, including benches, wall panelling and a humpback bridge — 5,700 m² of works completed ahead of schedule by a team of 30 over six weeks, with no remedial work required.
Typical lead time is 8–12 weeks, depending on scale, design complexity, number of moulds and overall quantities. Every project is priced individually, reflecting size, quantity and design complexity.
